The dynamical properties of the polymer electrolyte poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)LiClO(4) have been investigated by molecular dynamics simulations. The effect of changing salt concentration and temperature was evaluated on several time correlation functions. Ionic displacements projected on different directions reveal anisotropy in short-time (rattling) and long-time (diffusive) dynamics of Li(+) cations. It is shown that ionic mobility is coupled to the segmental motion of the polymeric chain. Structural relaxation is probed by the intermediate scattering function F(k,t) at several wave vectors. Good agreement was found between calculated and experimental F(k,t) for pure PEO. A remarkable slowing down of polymer relaxation is observed upon addition of the salt. The ionic conductivity estimated by the Nernst-Einstein equation is approximately ten times higher than the actual conductivity calculated by the time correlation function of charge current.  相似文献

The influence of relative humidity (RH) during the film preparation on the surface morphology and on the material distribution of the resulting technical polymer blend films consisting of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and poly (vinyl butyral) (PVB) is investigated by atomic force microscopy. Both pure polymers and polymer blends with different compositions of PVB/PMMA dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (THF) were used. Polymer films prepared under dry conditions (RH < 20%) are compared with those that have the same polymer composition but were prepared under increased humidity conditions (RH > 80%). The films consisting of the pure polymers showed a nonporous surface morphology for low‐humidity preparation conditions, whereas high‐humidity preparation conditions lead to porous PVB and PMMA films, respectively. These pores are explained as the result of a breath figure formation. In the case of the polymer blend films containing both polymers, porous or phase‐separated surface structures were observed even at low‐humidity conditions. A superposition of the effects of phase separation and breath figure formation is observed in the case of polymer blend films prepared under high‐humidity conditions. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) images taken before and after the treatment with ethanol as a selective solvent for PVB indicate that PMMA is deposited on top of a PVB layer in the case of the low‐humidity preparation process whereas for high‐humidity conditions the silicon substrate is covered with a PMMA film. This study aimed to identify the volatile compounds in the fermented and dried cocoa beans conducted with three distinct inoculants of yeast species due to their high fermentative capacity: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Pichia kudriavzevii, the mixture in equal proportions 1:1 of both species, and a control fermentation (with no inoculum application). Three starter cultures of yeasts, previously isolated and identified in cocoa fermentation in the municipality of Tomé-Açu, Pará state, Brazil. The seeds with pulp were removed manually and placed in wooden boxes for the fermentation process that lasted from 6 to 7 days. On the last day of fermentation, the almonds were packaged properly and placed to dry (36 °C), followed by preparation for the analysis of volatile compounds by GC-MS technique. In addition to the control fermentation, a high capacity for the formation of desirable compounds in chocolate by the inoculants with P. kudriavzevii was observed, which was confirmed through multivariate analyses, classifying these almonds with the highest content of aldehydes, esters, ketones and alcohols and low concentration of off-flavours. We conclude that the addition of mixed culture starter can be an excellent alternative for cocoa producers, suggesting obtaining cocoa beans with desirable characteristics for chocolate production, as well as creating a product identity for the producing region.  相似文献

Lippia alba (Mill.) N. E. Br. (Verbenaceae) is an aromatic shrub whose essential oils have stood out as a promising source for application in several industrial fields. In this study, the essential oils chemical characterization of eight new L. alba genotypes was performed. The selected materials were collected from the Active Germplasm Bank of the Agronomic Institute and the essential oils were extracted by hydrodistillation. Flow-modulated comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC×GC-MS) was employed for chemical characterization and evaluation of possible co-eluted compounds. In addition, the chemical analyses were submitted to multivariate statistical analyses. From this investigation, 73 metabolites were identified in the essential oils of the genotypes, from which α-pinene, β-myrcene, 1,8-cineole, linalool, neral, geranial, and caryophyllene oxide were the most abundant compounds among the accessions. This is the first report disclosing α-pinene in higher amounts in L. alba (19.69%). In addition, sabinene, trans-verbenol, myrtenol, (E)-caryophyllene, α-guaiene, germacrene D, and α-bulnesene were also found in relevant quantities in some of the genotypes, and myrtenal and myrtenol could be well separated through the second dimension. Such results contributed to the understanding of the chemical composition of those new genotypes, being important to drive a future industrial applicability and studies in genetic breeding.  相似文献

Raman and IR experiments have been carried out on formamide (FA) and pyridine (Py) mixtures at different compositions. The appearance of a new Raman band at 996 cm−11 region of Py), whose intensity depends on the FA concentration, is assigned to an FA:Py adduct and this result is in excellent agreement with those of other authors who employed noisy light‐based coherent Raman scattering spectroscopy (I(2) CARS). Another band at 1587 cm−18 region of Py) has been observed for the first time by using Raman and IR spectroscopies. Its intensity shows the same dependence on the FA concentration and this fact allows us to also attribute it to an FA:Py adduct. The good relationship between the Raman and IR data demonstrates the potential of the vibrational spectroscopy for this kind of study. Owing to higher absolute Raman scattering cross section, the ν1 region of Py has been chosen for the quantitative analysis and a stoichiometry of 1:1 FA:Py is reported. The experimental data are very well supported by the density functional theory (DFT) calculation, which was employed for the first time to the present system. Furthermore, the actual investigation shows an excellent agreement with those reported from computational calculations for similar systems. A comparison with our previous studies confirms that the solvent dielectric constant determines the stoichiometry of a given Lewis acid–base adduct in the infinite dilution limit.
